Chef David has participated in Season 2 of the popular gourmet documentary Once Upon a Bite. Several of his classic dishes make an appearance in the show, which has been viewed more 100 million times. His three signature dishes – Gold Emperor roasted goose (pictured at top), braised pork feet in green plum sauce and stir-fry mushrooms with foie gras and basil – are all nicely presented in the new menu. Your tastebuds are sure to be taken on a hearty journey this summer with seasonal ingredients, flavorful sauces and Chef David’s cooking expertise.

At Ying, you can also enjoy Cantonese classics such as barbecued pork loin & honey sauce, salted roast chicken, matsutake broth stewed mountain ginseng, braised cod fish with dried tofu sticks, pan-fried pork ribs with soya sauce and lettuce with chili soy sauce. Each of these dishes are well-renowned and highly-recommended, prepared with both creativity and close attention to authenticity.

What’s more, Ying has offered a classic six-course set of Chef David’s signature creations priced at RMB358. Start with cold appetizers, such as abalone with roasted pepper, shrimp spiced with rice wine and sea urchin with eggplant.
